The flexible waveguide is often used as the connection of the waveguide feed. It can not only reduce the difficulty of connecting the rigid waveguide components, but also ensure the connection accuracy, and keep the electrical performance unchanged under the state of bending and torsion.
Flexible waveguide products are divided into twistable flexible waveguide (interlocking flexible waveguide) and non-twistable flexible waveguide (seamless flexible waveguide).
The twistable flexible waveguide has the functions of bending and twisting on the E plane and the H plane, and the non-twistable flexible waveguide has the characteristics of low loss and good air tightness, and has the bending function of the E plane and the H plane but cannot be twisted.
