Bend Waveguides & Straight Waveguides

The straight waveguide is the basic component of the waveguide feed system. The materials include copper, aluminum and stainless steel. The surface treatment includes silver plating, gold plating, passivation, conductive oxidation and other treatment methods.

The frequency range of rectangular straight waveguides we can provide covers 0.32-330GHz, and the length ranges from 0.1mm to 2000mm.

The frequency range of double ridge straight waveguide is from 0.84-40GHz, and the length range is from 0.1mm to 500mm.

Inflatable straight waveguide: In the inflatable waveguide system, it is necessary to install an inflatable nozzle on the waveguide wall to achieve a sealed state and ensure the accuracy of the transmission index. Generally, it is installed at the center of the narrow side of the straight waveguide, and the special location can be specified by the user, and it can also be installed on other waveguide devices. The frequency range is from 0.32-40GHz, and the standard lengths are 50mm, 100mm, and 200mm. The material is aluminum with surface oxidation treatment.

The specifications of the inflatable nozzle are: self-locking type, threaded type, barbed hoop type, and pagoda hoop type, which can be selected according to needs.
